Located in Adissan, the "Le Temps fait tout" estate was created in 2003. It extends over 14 hectares of vines and 6 hectares of fields, which the Poujol family uses to produce hay for the horses that plough the farm.
The estate uses organic farming methods, eliminating all inputs. The estate's natural wines (red and white) are made from traditional Languedoc grape varieties.
