AOP - AOC Languedoc Pézenas IGP Pays d'Oc
Daurion is Languedoc's Sleeping Beauty coming to life.
A family estate of around 60 hectares, located in Caux, in the Pézenas area. Both innovative in its creations (grape bubbles, beer) and in its approach to wine tourism (escape game, sensory tasting, concerts, mixology), the estate invites you!
Born on an ancient volcano, the estate's origins date back to the 16th century, but the first traces of viticulture date back to Roman times.
Committed to nature and respect for the soil, all vines have been grown organically since 2020, with personalized treatment for each plot. The wines are highly distinctive, combining basaltic, clay-limestone and Villefranchian terroirs.
Our ethical approach in the vineyard: a commitment to meeting the needs of the plant to produce quality organic grapes.
And in the glass: to pass on our values and help people discover Languedoc wine from a different angle.
