Le Prieuré Saint-Jean de Bébian, one of the oldest estates in the Languedoc, is now a benchmark among French wines.
The estate extends over 24 hectares, cultivated by the Romans as far back as antiquity.
In the 1970s, the Bébian estate underwent major transformations. While the old Mediterranean vines (Cinsault, Carignan) were carefully preserved, "noble" grape varieties (Syrah, Grenache, etc.) were planted.
