The gîte is located in a quiet vineyard surrounded by vines and a few animals.
Just 2 km from Tourbes, Nézignan l'Évêque and Pézenas (Molière's town with its medieval streets and Saturday morning market), you can easily explore the many attractions of the department. The Etang de Thau and its Mediterranean beaches are 20km away, where you can enjoy water sports and taste the Etang's shellfish.
Via the A75 motorway, you can easily reach the Salagou lake and the Cirque de Mourèze.
The gîte, ideal for 4 people, is composed as follows:
- A 35m2 living room (large sofa, TV, wifi) with fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, pod and filter coffee maker, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.).
- A 1st bedroom with a 140*190cm bed
- A 2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x190) and a mezzanine with a double bed for extra sleeping on request. There is also a pull-out bed for an extra child on request.
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC
Private exterior :
- a terrace overlooking the vineyards and swimming pool. Garden furniture
Communal exteriors:
- A swimming pool (15*6m with an included 3m*6m paddling pool) with deckchairs and parasols, shared with guests from the other 3 gîtes. Access from 8am to 8pm.
- A barbecue
- Swings, ping-pong table
- Large outdoor area with sheep, chickens, donkeys, etc...
Parking on the estate.
