Domaine des Baies Sauvages is a 40-hectare estate established on land surrounding the small village of Nizas near Pézenas. The terroir consists of rocky causses and clay-limestone slopes. The south-facing aspect enables the grapes to acquire aromas and flavors from September onwards.
The main grape varieties grown are Syrah, Merlot, Clairette, Roussanne, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache.
The wines produced on the estate are the fruit of a close communion between man, grape variety and terroir.

Stroll through the vines, discover the grape varieties, the winemaking cellar, taste 5 wines with tapas. 6 people min. €25/person upon reservation. Balanced tasting adapted to your clientele between 15 and 25€ depending on the formula.
